Understanding and Working Effectively with Conflict Styles In-Person

Conflict is a normal part of life – we all experience it and deal with it in different ways. Having a better understanding of different ways of addressing conflict can help you be more intentional about how you respond when conflict arises.

In this interactive, in-person workshop, we will explore five different ways to work with conflict: competing, accommodating, avoiding, compromising and collaborating. Each participant must complete the Thomas-Killman Instrument (TKI) before the workshop to better understand their own preferred conflict response modes.

Please note: While this workshop is freely offered, the TKI has a cost associated with it so we request that people who register are committed to completing the assessment ahead of time and attending the full workshop.

This workshop is open to all employees but is limited to 20 people. Registration closes November 30.
