Coast Salish Societies – Past and Present Online

Join Sk’ing lúudas Natasha Parrish, Education Developer for Indigenization, for this learning workshop exploring the excellence, innovation, and cultures of Coast Salish Peoples in the Territories we live today. Participants will consider what time-immemorial looks and feels like, as well as an introduction to the Vancouver Island Treaties and other colonial impacts in Victoria. As well, participants will be introduced to the unique economies of the Peoples of these Territories. No prior knowledge needed to attend.
