Strengthen Your Teaching Voice In-Person
In communicating with students day after day, your voice may betray nervousness, reveal the pressure you are feeling, or show the strain of speaking over the long term. This workshop will help you to: protect from vocal fatigue; improve projection and volume; speak with more confidence, comfort, and presence; lessen or eradicate nerves and a number of other voice-related issues.
Amy Steggles will share with you a reliable foundation of knowledge specifically designed to improve vocal health and use of the voice. The exercises draw mainly on her years of training as an opera singer (including an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Music) as well as from hands-on lessons learned from acting, yoga, Alexander Technique, and dance.
