AVI Health & Community Services - Harm Reduction Training In-Person

AVI Health and Community Services' Education department presents a hands-on, in-depth workshop on Overdose Response and Naloxone (Narcan) Use. Participants will learn the risk factors for overdose, as well as how to identify and respond to opiate (fentanyl) overdose and benzodiazepine overdose. The training will also include a hands-on demonstration of the injectable Naloxone kit and information on Nasal Naloxone use. There will be space for questions and support during and after the training.
