Discover how to navigate in D2L, our eLearning course system, in this overview session. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A. 

The How to use D2L Information Session will be held on Collaborate platform (in D2L).

Please watch D2L orientation videos prior to this live session to understand more about D2L.

Additional Instructions:

Before logging into the Collaborate session, to try to ensure you don’t have audio issues when you log into Collaborate, please do the following:

·         Use Chrome if at all possible.  Firefox is a good second choice.  Try to close everything else you can on your computer as the less that is running, the better the connection will be.

·         In Chrome, ensure your Chrome settings are not blocking your speakers or microphone. For instructions, go to: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/2693767?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en

·         Then, once you log into the session, click on Settings in the Collaborate panel in the bottom right of the screen. Complete the “Set up your camera and microphone.” If you have more than 1 audio input, select the correct one from the dropdown provided.
