Critical Conversations: Leading in a Unionized Workplace

Participants will learn how to navigate common people issues that can arise within unionized workplaces to promote positive outcomes for both management and employees.  By the
end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Approach common people's issues positively and constructively using active listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution techniques.
  • Prepare for and manage difficult conversations, including giving feedback.

** Due to a high level of interest in the “hold the date” calendar invitation, you must register for this workshop.  Please note that it is aFirst come, first registered’ (maximum 24 participants) event.  If the session is full, please waitlist as an additional workshop might be offered if there is sufficient interest. **
