CHW - Laptop Cart

Laptop carts are considered a "mobile LAB" and are bookable during class hours: 8am to 6pm. 

IMPORTANT! If your booking goes past 4pm you are responsible for returning the cart to the school office CHW207 and plugging in for charging. 

• Please NOTE:  Laptop carts require a charge between uses
• Booking requests are moderated to ensure Laptops are charged and in good working order when delivered 
• Laptop carts are delivered and maintained by ITS department, with support from HHS Admin
• If any technical issues are experienced, please call the ITS HelpDesk @ Local 3064 or chat with ITS online 
• ITS Services Hours:  Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm

If the cart is not available at the time you need, there is the option to book a computer lab in CBA (next building over), through a room bookings request. 

If you only need a small number of laptops and the cart is not available, we may be able to accommodate your request. In this case, please email hhsadmin@camosun.ca with your request, including the date and time, course #, section #, room # and number of laptops needed and we will confirm if it's possible to have a small number of laptops.

BOOKING TIPS

• Booking times default to 1.5hrs.  You can adjust booking time by using the drop-down box showing your selected booking time.   
• Multiple bookings can be made at one time.  Simply select the next booking times before submitting.
