  1. Booking and Check-in:

    • Before your visit, it's essential to book a time slot and complete online registration.
    • Upon arrival, kindly check in at the front desk.
  2. Equipment Usage:

    • After use, please sanitize the equipment and return it to its designated place.
    • Utilize closed-toed shoes and appropriate attire throughout your workout.
  3. Respectful Conduct:

    • Show courtesy and respect towards fellow patrons at all times.
    • Avoid dropping weights and refraining from using chalk.
  4. Equipment Sharing:

    • Be considerate of others by allowing them to work in with you.
    • Mind the duration you spend on each piece of equipment.
  5. Food and Beverage:

    • Consumption of food and drinks is not allowed within the facility.
  6. Barbell Safety:

    • Whenever using barbells, ensure the use of safety clips for your safety and others'.
  7. Personal Belongings:

    • Store personal items in lockers found in the changing room hallways.
    • Locks are available for purchase at the fitness center desk or feel free to bring your own.
  8. Assistance and Inquiries:

    • Don't hesitate to seek help from the fitness attendant on duty if needed.
