Sonography (SONO) Rooms

Sonography students have the opportunity to access the Teaching Clinic outside of scheduled lab time to allow them to expand their hands-on skills. This includes all 4 GE ultrasound rooms (CHW 114, 115, 116 and 122) and 4 simulators in the Simulator Rooms (CHW 119 and 121). Students can book up to 1 week in advance on a rolling basis. Students must work in partners when booking a GE ultrasound machine (CHW 114, 115, 116 and 122) and both partners are required to book individually and must do so within 15 minutes of each other or risk forfeiting the practice time entirely. Students who are found to repeatedly book and not use practice times or who book a room without a partner immediately booking with them will risk losing laboratory privileges. Students are limited to 4 bookings Monday through Friday and 4 bookings Saturday through Sunday. Regular lab etiquette and rules including food, drink and cleanliness apply at all times.
